Abhishek Mittal — Managing Director & Head Designer
A brass enthusiast at heart, Abhishek carries forward a legacy rooted deeply in India’s brass heritage. Born into a family that has been associated with brass trading for over four decades, he grew up surrounded by stories, craftsmanship, and the timeless glow of handmade metalware.
With a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Abhishek began his career in the corporate world — but the 9-to-5 life couldn’t silence the pull of his roots. Something felt missing. Guided by passion and intuition, he stepped away from a stable desk job to return to the world that had always inspired him: brass.
Determined to revive traditional craftsmanship, he explored the artisan clusters of Moradabad and Aligarh, searching for partners who could bring his vision to life. When he couldn’t find the perfect fit, destiny nudged him in a new direction — to build his own brand. And thus, Tatsatva was born in the heart of Delhi.
A cooking hobbyist and firm believer in purity and nature, Abhishek designs every piece with intention, tradition, and a deep respect for the craft he inherited. His goal is simple: to bring authentic, sustainable, handcrafted metalware back into Indian homes.
Mayank Sharma — Co-Founder & Head of Growth & Strategy
An engineer from NSIT, Mayank leads Growth & Strategy at Tatsatva with the belief that every small step counts toward a larger vision. For him, building a business is not merely an occupation — it’s a journey of perspective, discipline, and constant evolution.
With an instinct for forming meaningful collaborations, Mayank is always exploring strategic partnerships that help bring the beauty of Indian brass craftsmanship onto a global stage. He is passionate about creating scalable business verticals and ensuring each idea integrates smoothly into Tatsatva's long-term roadmap.
Beyond the boardroom, Mayank is a capital-market enthusiast who loves reading and staying updated with market trends. His analytical mindset empowers him to navigate the complexities of modern business with agility and insight.
Grounded in service, he has been volunteering at a Delhi-based NGO for over eight years — a commitment that keeps him connected to community and purpose. Inspired by the words of Annie Dillard, “How you live your day is how you live your life,” Mayank strives to build both Tatsatva and himself, one thoughtful day at a time.

A firm believer that growth begins outside the comfort zone, Monika leads Operations and Marketing at Tatsatva with a dynamic blend of discipline, creativity, and compassion.
With over a decade of experience in the corporate world, she has mastered the art of managing teams, handling complex projects, and driving impactful results. A software engineer and coder at heart, Monika is Tatsatva's very own "debugger" — the one who resolves challenges, fine-tunes processes, and keeps the organisation running with effortless grace.
A passionate traveller, Monika finds inspiration in new cultures, landscapes, and experiences. Her travel learnings reflect in her leadership style — open-minded, empathetic, and deeply human. She brings back global influences to strengthen team dynamics and infuse creativity into everyday operations.
